Hi folks

Has anyone tried the registry fix described here?: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A5fjysf-hUw

If they have did it work? Just thought I would see if I could get a bit of feedback before messing with my registry!

Do it using this Leatrix Latency Fix for Windows

ALOT easier click to add the fix and then if you want to remove it click the remover.

If you do want to mess with the registry be sure to set a system restore point before doing that just in case.

I tried it and found it stabilised my ping at around 400ms where before it would roam between 300 and 800

I used the downloadable one and my ping went from 750 (right before exiting the game to install the fix) to 540 (about 3 mins after logging on after fix was applied, or approximately 10 minutes after the first ping value I've listed above).

Very happy, now I'm just waiting for 3FL to give us a proxy ;D

Well...bit of a mixed result...generally seemed to reduce the ping from 750 to around 590...but still varied up to 650. The bad news is that it doesn't sppear to have improved the rubber banding much
